The idea behind

Inspired by honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, ,we hope to ignite a global phenomenon and to inspire every region, state, country in the world to heal our environment by zeroing down our garbage and contributing to the planet we live in. We plan to achieve it by reaching out, inspiring and educating everyone. Our vision is to start a GREAT INDIAN GARBAGE REVOLUTION towards a global sustainable life-style.

Dealing with waste is a substantial problem for Noida, The environmental and health related consequences of waste problems are very much a cause of concern. The notion of turning Garbage in to Compost or Waste in to Energy which in turn could have tangible monetary value. If we adopt a practice of segregation and composting of waste at origin point to demonstrate that it is possible to create a win-win scenario based on human development and environment protection.

Essentially there are many actors /agencies already trying to change things, but in most cases they are doing so alone .If we combine the efforts to these many different initiatives the change is possible.

With idea of this IIP Foundation will be hosting a WASTE TO WEALTH WEEK –awareness cum workshop program at Noida, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Corporate Houses, Authority, Government Departments, District Magistrate, RWAs, NGOs, SHGs, Media, Institutions, Malls, Hotels, Hospitals and Individuals will be invited to participate in the various discussion, workshops and panel discussions, which included a 2 day “Waste to Wealth Mela” for Industries and NGOs to showcase their recycling / Up cycling, Reducing and Reusing products and services.
